RSVP with real logic
"Are you bringing a plus one?" If the answer is "yes", the name field appears. Child fields only show up when they make sense, so guests answer fewer questions and you receive clean data.
- Question types: yes/no, text, number, dropdown and cards.
- Parent-child dependencies with unlimited nesting.
- If a parent question gets "no", the rest hides automatically.
- Every guest signs in with their personal code; answers are tied to their name.
Dependency-based design turns a flat form into a natural flow: nobody answers questions that are not meant for them, and you stop reconciling Excel and WhatsApp by hand.
All answers can be reviewed per guest, grouped by question and exported to CSV.
Quick answers
How do guests RSVP?
With the link and personal code you send them by email or WhatsApp. No password and no app.
Can I export the answers?
Yes: answers export to CSV and group by question, for example to know how many vegetarian menus to order.
